Mark Adlaon was most helpful to me when I have problem paying my gas bill for 2 months. My family had a recent crisis and he patiently and sympathetically listened to my unfortunate circumstances. He encouraged me to stay positive and that things will get better. He then transfer me to hardship team service officer Rose who was also very helpful and applied for government hardship grant for me and my family. Thank you Mark and Rose and thank you Covau for your great staffs!
