TOURIST SCAM WARNING!!+ HIRED THUG ENFORCERS
**SCAM** WARNING!!! *SAFETY* WARNING - THREATS OF VIOLENCE! FOOD POISONING WARNING! *AVOID! * - DO A CHARGEBACK IF THEY VICTIMISE YOU! They have hired thugs to enforce their hidden, extortionate prices, you're likely to get a beating of you refuse to pay their scam prices. Noticed mould on some cured meat and they refused to admit it as they stood looking at it. €65 For a smoothie, Even just a couple of you can run up a bill in 3 or 4 figures, more expensive than riding a jumbo jet and staying in a luxury hotel. Unjustifiable, criminal, dangerous. Low life greedy, exploitative, dishonest rip-off merchants, this front is one step away from theft, it's a loophole to a legalised mugging. In fact I'd rather deal with a mugger than eat here. Aggressive staff (including hired thug bouncers) who think the entire world are the villains because they're not happy when they notice a totally unjustified €100 "service charge" for 2 people, something I've never seen in the UK, even after getting a bill for 20 diners. Felt sick, vomiting for 3 days after, felt threatened and like my family was in danger, the prices (that they hide form you) are even more disgusting tho. Way to damage tourism for your community, definitely will be ruling out this Mykonos for future holidays, in fact we're going to start looking for alternative destinations to Greece entirely. We don't like crooks, luring victims in with phoney offers of "free" sun lounger on the beach, then scamming them, shaking them down, turning you upside down and shaking you until your bank account goes into the red. It's an immoral business, run by greedy immoral crooks, fleecing unsuspecting tourists and damaging the reputation of the island for the enrichment of a sociopathic fat-cat thug. Put it in perspective, the bill for 2 pastas and 2 drinks cost more than a decent monthly salary in that country. Akin to a British place serving you the same, 2 small mouldy lunches and billing you £1500, then threatening to beat you up if you don't let them steal your money. I hope the business community on the island call these individuals out, drive them out and I hope the authorities shut them down for the sake of decent, honest businesses. If you get trapped here, call your bank, explain, point them to these reviews and issue a CHARGEBACK , they will take the money back from these crooks and put it back in your bank account.
