Unhappy- charged for box I did not order
Unhappy that I was sent and charged for an order I did not request. I received a phone call from a number I did not have saved in my phone. I answered it in case it was urgent or related to my children. It was Grubby offering a discount code. I agreed for it to be put on my account for me to review later (I was in a work meeting, so apologised for not being able to speak or discuss and explained I only answered in case it was urgent.). I was not told it would result in a delivery and me being charged. It was delivered whilst I was away with work - doubling the annoyance! What a waste. I have contacted them and heard nothing back. I have received this email now, asking for feedback: hence me leaving the feedback here.
