Updated - Zero Customer service
Ordered over £55 worth of items. Paid for. Transaction confirmed via PayPal. Two days later text message from Amazon stating the package was damaged or lost and to contact The Skinny Food company. This is impossible. Sent an email, no response or confirmation. Sent a chat message via the website, its just another generic AI bot that tells you their opening times and number. No on responds via the chat. Call them up 3 times and it just says leave a message. Going to go to PayPal and ask for a refund as their refund process is also questionable. If your looking for alternatives you can go in to a TK Maxx store who usually sell these over the counter much cheaper. Also skinnymixes.co.uk are quite good. Quick to take money but zero customer service. ******************************************************************* A day after my review I was contacted via email and my issue was acknowledged. New order sent out and delivered in 3 days. As a first time customer that experience was bad but willing to give the benefit of the doubt.
