Multiple cancelled deliverys, now missing items

We ordered our furniture 10 weeks ago, when we ordered, we booked delivery for 7th April. A week or two before this date, we had a text from the courier "Rhenus" asking us to book a delivery slot, I assumed this was time, but it was actually date, the nearest date available was two weeks from that date. The morning of the new date, we had a text your delivery has been cancelled, turns out our furniture was at the wrong depot. We then had to book another slot, another two weeks down the line. Delivery date finally comes, and its missing one of the four boxes. I specifically emailed both Maze and Rhenus at the start of the week ensuring I would get the delivery, and I was assured that all 4 boxes were together and in the depot and would be delivered. The delivery drivers had no clue what was missing, didn't appear to have a delivery note or any information on what they were delivering just that it was 4 boxes. I contacted Maze, who have been as helpful as they can be, and they assured me that by end of date Friday (day of delivery) I would be given a new booking slot. Friday has come and gone, and nothing. I have stressed to Maze, that this has now cost me numerous days annual leave and that when I finally get my delivery slot, I will have to wait another two weeks for the delivery. We have had to rearrange a family gathering we had planned for a 30th birthday twice now, as we haven't had the delivery when arranged. We looked at the reviews before we brought, and they all stressed how poor the delivery service was, and we should have listened. Unless Maze change their courier I would avoid ordering any furniture from them unless you are happy to wait indefinitely. I have emailed again this morning to follow up from my telephone call with Maze Friday, and they have no clue about what has happened. I feel like banging my head against a wall. I am extremely frustrated, in fact furious. Also, may I add, you cannot speak to anyone at Rhenus! I will be seeking compensation, for the three days annual leave I have wasted, plus the frustration of the whole experience.
