Where do I start? After several missed deliveries if our Jysk order (i.e. Rhenus Delivery just didn't turn up and I had to chase), we finally opened the box to find the furniture we had ordered was smashed to pieces. Several long waits on the customer service line with both Rhenus' ridiculous WhatsApp team, then Jysk's customer service line (who were friendly, but unable to do anything), I finally got them to agree to pick up the damaged delivery and refund me. It took over a week to collect and - guess what - they cancelled the collection that very morning which meant a reschedule to a Saturday collection (awesome use of my weekend). I was told no refund could be processed until collection (which I kind of understand), but then had to chase for the refund which will now take *TWO WEEKS* to arrive. It has been over a month since this ordeal began and we're still without garden furniture. Thanks Jysk & Rhenus.
