While I have seen very modest gains…buyer beware

While I have seen very modest gains using their product for the past 3 months, the issue I have is they have no method to cancel a subscription beyond asking them to do so. I would say customer service is practically non-existent. I have requested to do so nearly a dozen times and they keep telling me that they can provide better direction on how to use their product. I view this as incredibly unprofessional and frankly predatory. The conditioner smells great, but again, if I have to justify why I want to cancel a subscription, and keep getting the same scripted reply not honoring said request, I see no point in continuing to buy their product nor recommend anyone else do so.
