Happy Ending
I decided to give 4 stars. The fourth star is for keeping their promise to replace doors of a Liebherr fridge-freezer (LFF) purchased in May. Mid-September, the last parts, the bottom door and handle were replaced (only partly due to Liebherr's delivery time). Overall it was a stressful and time-consuming experience with 3 visits by them, emptying the FF several times and fitting parts ourselves. Jon did recognize this and sent additional accessories for the LFF for free which are very useful and appreciated. The LFF arrived in quite a different condition to what it was described on Ebay. Jon personally apologised und promised to get it sorted. We decided not to return it as it was a mission to get it into our home. Communication was strained at times as he could or would not confirm whether replacement doors were ordered. It is a trustworthy company that takes customer service serious. However, their processes are in urgent need of attention and overhaul. I don't think, I would purchase again from them simply because the customer experience was too stressful. Nevertheless, we are grateful for a happy ending!
