Poor Service, No communication
I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order and payment. On Friday, 04/07/2025, I submitted full payment and promptly provided the two required photographs as instructed—both of which were originally and again the following day by email...no reply...again! Despite having followed all the necessary steps, I have received no confirmation, no update, and no indication whatsoever regarding the status of my order. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service standards. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, including calling your listed contact number (0141 774 5023), which doesn't even ring—there is no tone, no voicemail, nothing. I expect immediate clarification on the status of my order and a timeline for delivery. Stay away from this company everyone!!! They just want to take your money!
