Fantastic (but slow) customer service
I needed to return an item (a record player and record storage stand. It was an incorrect order on my part on when I received it it wasn't right for the room it was meant to go in. On requesting a return I was a little surprised they wanted photos of the said item, I hadn't even opened the box. I provided the photos and after some time contacted them again as I had heard nothing. these are the reasons this is not a 5 star review. However on contacting them again, I got a very prompt reply offering me a full refund and to keep the item. I now have a stand I don't and won't use but I'm sure I will be able to sell it.
