Very Poor Customer Service
Having placed my order I expected delivery within a few days. I received a request to rate Dental Direct next, tricky to review as I have still not received my order! Yesterday I got an email from DD telling me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and to expect my delivery some time after 8th November. I have to ask why the rest of my order could not have been sent out to me? It would be most unfortunate if any of the items were urgently required as a wait of three weeks is not acceptable.
