Appalling service from company
Appalling service from company No communication as to what distance they were for delivery. Both drivers faces upon arrival when I asked for them to take it upstairs dropped and they said they couldn’t because it was a heavy mattress I then told them that I am on my own and I am pregnant and it is impossible for me to lift otherwise I will suffer a miscarriage They hoof and puffed. Then came into my property looked at my stairs and said they can’t lift it up there and left it blocking my fire escape route downstairs in my home and left. In all honesty, I don’t think the delivery drivers wanted to do their job and the companies customer service is just as bad. This is the third delivery attempt of this mattress and both previous carriers/delivery companies were more understanding of my situation and did not have a problem taking the mattress upstairs or removing the mattress. In all honesty, I am appalled that customer service thought this was all excellent service
