Where do I start...
Where do I start... Mouldy produce. Massive bags that don't fit in the fridge. Mirrin has spilt all over one of them. Tasteless asian salad - minus the mouldy carrot. Phone number doesn't work. 2am 'reminder' emails that go unnoticed among the hundreds I receive per day so that another box automatically generates and you don't get to pick your recipes. To be then told I had opened an email which I hadn't. Change your CRM system Grubby - it's shocking. All in all a horrendous experience. Not quite sure how you place people and planet above profit as I don't feel valued. But, you get 2 stars for those amazing lemons. Back to Gousto I go. Thanks to Keri on the live chat who was a reasonable human.
