3 week wait and 1 lost parcel later

Amazon lost my parcel the first time. Contacted Skinny Co customer service, they said if no delivery by the day after they would process a new order. Contacted them and they said they would start it. A week later, no new dispatch notice. Customer service said they are still investigating the missing parcel so new order had been processed. They only started processing this when I said it had been 2 weeks since I placed my order and that's getting ridiculous now. I had asked them to change the delivery address as I wouldn't be home and where I love there is no safe place, they agreed to do this. But they released the order to the incorrect address. So overall over a 3 week wait for my order. The fact I kept having to chase my order and they think it's acceptable to expect the customer to wait until and investigation had been conducted is not right. I won't be ordering again.
