Rubbish online and telephone service
I have been a Lloyds customer for over 40 years. I am absolutely disgusted at their drive to shut high street branches and save billions of pounds but not put the support services in place to provide adequate online and telephone support. The breakdown of their online services this weekend shows how we have become totally reliant on internet banking and it is absolute rubbish. Why are so many companies driving us away from face-to-face interaction? Oh, I know, profits!!
