Would definitely recommend 👍🏻 The kit is so easy to use with no messing about or complicated instructions. I received my results really quickly and have since avoided everything I am intolerant to. OMG what a life changer! I have suffered for 10 years and the drs had no idea what to suggest next. I am pleased to say I am in a much better health. If you find yourself reading this message because you don't know what to do with the bloating, tiredness, rash etc then just book the test and give it a go I certainly haven't regretted it.
