ALWAYS missing items or food is wrong
I can honestly say that in several years times of going to my local Somerset location at least 1-2 times monthly, they have never ONCE made my order exactly correct. I swear to god on my life - never one time ever. There's always something wrong, or something missing, every single time. Even when I finally got sick of it after spending $100 in two days for event food, I called and talked to the manager. He was nice enough, and replaced about $55 worth of food for my next gathering. And even the REPLACEMENT was screwed up, wrong items and missing items. I placed it over the phone even. I usually place it online so it can be written and dictated exactly and still yet, always something wrong. Here I sit again after spending almost 50 bucks and it's wrong, and missing items that I paid for. The ONE and only item that one person wanted, who wanted NOTHING else, (Green beans) - was freaking missing. But the liar at the checkout marked it off and pretended they made sure it was in the bag. They always do that, check it off without actually looking. So now "Sorry you have to watch everyone else eat" I know what you're thinking. Why do I keep going back here?? Well because it's everyone's favorite. The parts that they DO get right are pretty damn good. I just don't think we'll be going back anymore. I don't want to call and have to deal with the store manager, he has enough to worry about because they have so many complaints as it is and he's too nice of a guy to add more stress to.
