Packing Error resulting in missing delivery item
I contacted Nutricircle about a packing error that resulted in missing items from my order. I suggested a resolution, but this wasn’t acknowledged. Instead, I received a generic reply offering a refund or store credit. While the refund was eventually processed, it took over three days, which felt slow. It was a slow process getting responses from the customer team, whilst they were apologetic, they were very slow at responding. I then had a response at 02:30am. I appreciate the outcome, but the lack of personal engagement was disappointing, whilst I wasn’t out of pocket which is the main thing. It would have been nice to have been offered a replacement product with free postage though as the error was on their end but that wasn’t entertained.
