DO NOT USE! THIEVES This company charged $145 call out fee for aircon issue. Then the whilst here wanted to charge $1800 for a “diagnostic test” and that just to look at it not even fix or repair it, that is additional. Had an honest trade attend located the issue in 10minutes order the part and will return to repair all for $350. This company floats under numerous titles “metropolitan”, “ fallon” all do the same con job to unsuspecting people and rip everyone off. Numerous complaints on ACCC about them and the trades that work for them have zero shame in their conduct to rip people off.
