Avoid the bolton one.

I'm actually disgraced. I've used one delivery a number of times now and never satisfied with the result. I've given them chance after chance to get things right and accepted that they're constantly changing delivery drivers. Apparently. This is the bolton franchise. Usually its bits of food or sauces missing etc. First big issue came when I was frightened to answer the door because the delivery driver arrived with three other men in the car absolutely stinking of cannabis. Reported this to the manager and said he'd sort it. That same order was freezing cold and found what we think was both fries had been eaten out of since they were both not even half full. Boxes for the burgers ripped and strewn all over the place. Took well over an hour for this to get resolved. This time I've dealt with them again today for three items to be missed off my order. Let them know about five minutes after receiving my order after I'd washed my hands and checked my food. That was at around 19.45. They tod me that kfc had run our of mini fillet burgers and the wrap which had been missed off when I already had a mini fillet supercharger in the bag so that was a blatant lie. Then a quick phonecall to kfc themselves confirmed they were lying to me. I was told they'd refund the missing items until I pulled them up on their blatant lie. It then took over an hour to respond to me to tell me "the delivery driver will have to go out of his way and go to a different kfc to get these items but we will get them delivered to you. Next time check your order at the door to stop this repeating itself" Why in gods name should I be checking my order when it's written in black and white for these people to get the order correct? And just to clarify. I'm still waiting for this food to be delivered and it is now 22.11pm. Oh... And yo clarify, I'm also ten days from giving birth and they're aware of this after the last time they messed up orders and again making them aware today that i shouldn't have to deal with this rubbish especially in my condition, but yet they're willing to blame me and have the audacity to charge 4.99 for delivery and add extra amounts on top of the restaurants original pricing. I'm utterly dumbfounded at this behaviour.
