Ordered 3 weeks ago. Hasnt arrived. Other suppliers (can easily find other websites) have arrived within 7 days. Expensive (£150) mistake. Avoid. Update: I think it is entirely fair to provide a review of the experience of your website when compared to others for people to then decide how they want to proceed. It seems your attitude is - well if you didn't or don't receive it, its on you. You talk about sharing risk but actually there is no risk to you once payment has been recieved. The risk is entirely on the buyer side and your lack of sympathy on here for people who are left out of pocket and without product is quite revealing. How many stars would you give a company where you ordered and paid for a product that never arrived? 5?
