I was pre approved on experian hence…
I was pre approved on experian hence application, no contact only via emails. Then got an email to say my income didnt match (it was £2,000 more than application) And that my old address was on experian yes it is as you need both on there - so they declined me! doesnt make sense i then tried to email then they said that i cant email anymore as im not a customer! i cant even be bothered to phone them, things happen for a reason im glad i didnt end up with this company terrible service from start to finish ill be making this known to experian. Avoid this company
