I would like to take the time to thank you all. You've been amazing from the first contact. I did receive the luggages on time and appreciated your follow-ups along the way. As a customer it's important to be kept in the loop and for trusting that you are hands-on and you were. I also appreciated the job of DHL and the fact that both drivers actually came to my unit to pick-up/deliver the suitcases and were polite and smiling. We all experienced bad customer service and always rule out those companies. We usually take time to complain but it's also important to take time to thank you. Please share this email with everyone that has been tracking my luggages. I will definitely use your services again.
