New customer
I made my first order on May 7. Living in the US, I expect the order will be a few more weeks in transit. However, I contacted support about my payment when the ticket hadn't updated for a day or two. I received a response quickly informing me of the current order processing system, including the time it sometimes takes to update. The service rep was very courteous and assured me payment was received and the order was being prepared. A day later it updated to shipped as expected. I always judge a company more by the quality of service. This exchange impressed me enough to go 4 stars without seeing the product. I fully expect to add a 5th next month when my kit arrives.
