The website is quite user-friendly. When I submitted my enquiries, prior to enrollment, I received a message that a staff member will contact me shortly. Then I got an email telling me that someone will call me shortly. I replied to the email requesting that I be called after 2pm. No one rang. Then I rang and waited but the phone just rang out. Again I rang and the phone just rang out. On the third call, Cale Piritaie answered the phone. He was very polite, professional and patient in explaining to me. That was excellent. My request is that to get more people to happily enroll and promote your business to others, all calls should be answered very promptly. Kris Chandra
