I was not impressed with the company…
I was not impressed with the company charging me for an even more expensive service after cancelling my subscription. I asked for a refund and fortunately, I was told if I had left a review I would get a refund. I was skeptical as I wanted a refund prior to leaving a review. However, I was told this was the process. I left a review and was disappointed to be told only 50% of the refund would be issued. Once again, my trust was not promising with this company, however, after I raised this issue and the negative reviews on trustpilot - I was granted a full refund and assured cancelation to future subscriptions. I am grateful for Jen and Elizabeth who came thru with integrity in the end.
