The website is diabolical.
The website is hard to use, you select product then go to find another product if it not in your area you go and choose a different product and you lose everything in your basket. Numerous times this happens ended up writing down each product code and then entering each one in separate as long list at end which defeats the object of being a user friendly website! Most fustrating and time consuming. (And i know how to use a pc and website as i a software developer!). Also has comments box so asked for delivery on certain day it turned up day early when no one in so part of it went walk abouts. They had email address with order as online and tel no so it would be curteous to say sorry can't deliver on the chosen day is it OK to deliver... instead so can be ready or get someone there. Will definantly be checking if I can get items elsewhere easily and cheaper and on date I want first before coming back.
