I would give zero but
I would give zero but, that’s not an option. They are the worst delivery company bar none. They are liars and their tracking information is full of crap. I ordered something via reverb and the item was sent via FedEx. It was supposed to be here on the 23rd but it didn’t make it on time so, On the Fedex tracking it said delayed due to (incorrect address) which is a complete and utter lie since the address was hundred percent accurate. I now know that (incorrect address) is code for (I cannot be bothered to deliver it today because I have so many other orders so I’ll deliver it when I feel like it) so they update tracking to the following day… still no show but, this time it shows delivery address corrected. That’s Convenient isn’t it? Yknow… since the address was correct to begin with. So then FedEx changes the status to the next business day which at this point is the weekend and for some reason they didn’t include Monday. Anyways it’s Tuesday (today) and I wait again …it says (out for delivery) as it always does and low and behold it’s now been changed to Wednesday. Pathetic. I understand it’s a crazy time of year with Christmas coming up and even more crazy things like Covid but, let’s be real here. FedEx.. stop making excuses. Terrible service… terrible. Avoid. Note : in between all of this I am trying to contact them also. Nothing…
