Do not accept a friends request from this customer service agent . She is very abusive . Honestly- a parcel was left outside in the open and went missing . All I want is a refund and to cancel the entire order . This customer Samantha Customer Service Representative ice agentI was abused verbally by one of their customer card team on messenger . This company will try to get your phone number to further scam you . Stay away from this company Fraudulent scammers . Will not refund my money even though I did not receive my parcel . This company will harass you on all its social networking platforms . I was sent 15 friends requests on face book , called at home midnight on WhatsApp . They will send you a generated message over and over again to avoid putting things right . They will respond on here with the exact same generated message They will not do anything to resolve the issue . Please shop with an alternative such as TEMU as they fo have a good customer service and they will try to help you .
