I ordered a gungfu pitcher and a strainer from here. The quality was nice, the only issue that I came across was that the strainer holder was missing paint that was in the picture but I was informed that they all looked that way. The pitcher was black with a pretty design on it. It was nice and solid and felt very high quality. As for the strainer, other than the aforementioned paint issue, it’s also nice quality and works well. Shipping was relatively fast and customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. Within just a few emails we were able to resolve the issue that I was having in a very friendly manner. I’ve used them a few times in gungfu tea ceremonies. They are a great accommodating aesthetic for the ceremony and really bring it all together. For anyone looking to add a beautiful look to their ceremony or just to their tea collection, this is a very nice website with a nice selection. I’ve seen many items on their website that have caught my eye and I will likely buy more in the future if they continue to have such a nice set of tea pots.
