I have been waiting for one week for my cat food despite they state on the website that delivery will take place in 2-4 working days. Tracking doesn’t work and noone knows where my package is. Called the customer service multiple times and they are just useless and can’t speak english half of the time. My cats are about to starve and they dgf, they didn’t propose solutions, discounts, reimbursement…NOTHING. Shame on you, first and last time I order on this website.
