Haven't received order
Only here because it seems this is the only way to get in touch with you - the ticketing system is not working (I've been trying for a week on multiple browsers and devices) and the email address I found is getting an automatic reply. I ordered on March 9 and still haven't received my order. I understand the risks of that when I ordered and that the pandemic might be slowing things down. Just wanted to see if anything could be done. Thanks. UPDATE: Finally received my order. Not sure if it was posting here that prompted a resend or just delays due to COVID-19 but it made it! Thank you and stay safe.
