Poor communication from the seller, no updates from seller and I had to follow up on items, in the end seller did not fulfil order
Poor communication from the seller. Ordered Essentials hoodies in early December 2024, was told in January that there will be a delay due to supplier issues. Come March and still no update. Contacted seller and said there is a delay still. Contacted seller TWICE! Then May arrives and still nothing. All of a sudden received a refund end of May. No email or information, nor apology from the seller. TLDR: don’t even bother buying as the items will never arrive. Buy from reputable sellers instead line SSENSE or Mr Porter Edit: Items ordered did NOT arrive. It is also false to promise the customer for you to expect us to follow up on the order, and no updates from you. For a company that charges a monthly membership fee, good service would be fair to be expected.
