Order #592782 This wasn't the first time I receive opened packages from Madara, and their excuse was " opened during transportation" Lipstick out of the box and looked swept, mascara was out of the box as well had no seal so there was no way of confirming the items were sealed in the first place, all of that made me question their credibility and the quality of their products, and in addition to that, the Customer Service apologized and advised me dispose of the items and that I will get a full refund then came back later asking me to return them, I have disposed of half the order and opened and used the rest because I took their word that I don't have to return anything and now they are asking for the items. I have no words to describe this situation, words should be honored and not create more confusion for your customers. First I lost trust in the quality of the products then I said at least the CS is there to patch up then surprise, it gotten just worse, unnecessary stress
