We have been getting this brand for over 3 years until recently …
We have been getting this brand for our cats since they were kittens so around 3 years now, and it has always been a brand we trusted and my cats always got along with(and one of them is very sensitive to new foods). I am very disappointed as the new foods are very different to what they are used to, the texture , consistency and it just doesnt look appealing at all. I know its only 1 ingredient ‘tapioca’ which has been added but i know other cat brands include this and their food doesn't look like that, the texture/consistency is really awful! it is hard to even mush up for them - when my cats did try it they struggled to even eat it, i mushed it up but still the food would all stick together! My cats then have had really loose stools since they have had the new food too. It is a real shame as we are now really stuck on what to feed our cats in the future. For the time being we are going to pets at home and buying the old packets as we know this is what our cats are ok with. But for the future i really hope something changes with this brand. Alot of other cat owners too can agree and alot of us have been loyal customers of this brand for years so its really such a shame they had to change their recipe when so many cats got on with it so well! I know they have lost so many loyal customers because of this. One thing i will say is that customer sevice has always been lovely and helpful. It is just really disappointing about the food, they had been having this since they were kittens so any small change really makes a difference to them , especially my boy cat who is prone to UTI’s and really relied on blink; he had 3 pouches a day and this really helped him with hydration and overall health. We are really stuck on what to do now .
