We ordered a turkey dinner to be delivered thru doordash. Half of it was missing. I called the store and got Madison. First she did not identify herself as management. She said "your food is right here if you want to come get it". Its sub zero out and I am recovering from knee replacement, this is why we ordered for delivery in first place. I asked her how would the delivery person know it was more than one bag? She said "we mark them very well". I let her know the bag I have is not marked at all. She said she would call doordash and call me right back. 20 minutes later I called back. I was hung up on by Brittany. I called back. This time Madison answered and said doordash was just returning her call. After a minute of bickering back n forth doordash told her twice they would refund the store so she could refund me. I work in customer service and have for most of my life. This asst manager Madison should have offered me a refund immediately. She needed to wait and be sure the store would be refunded. If she is correct in what she told me this was the stores fault for not marking the bags properly for the driver. I am very disappointed with the rude and inefficient kids running this Brownsburg Indiana location.
