TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT RENT
I rented with this company for 1 year. We didn’t have problems until about 5 months in. To start our heat actually never worked or was checked before we moved in. When it was time to turn the heat on it obviously didn’t work, so we contacted Great Jones and it took them weeks to reply. No one would actually get on the phone or answer emails. We went 3 MONTHS with no heat with our house being at 50 degrees or less and we still had to pay rent every month. They sent 3 different companies to try and get the cheapest job done, with one company not even knowing how to work on our heat. When we moved out they charged us over $600 for a “painting fee” when there was 1 maybe 2 spots messed up. They put there was 45 paint fixes. We had to email them and explain that was false and eventually got that money back. There was even mold growing in the house but we never contacted them bc of how long it takes them to get back This company does not care about their tenants and if anyone see this please save yourself a big hassle and DO NOT rent from this company. This goes for their Florida branch too.
