Completely incompetent
I bought a ceiling fan from Lowes, they contract their installations out to Thumbtack. After my purchase they tell me someone will contact me in 2 days. After 6 days I call them. They tell me their still looking for someone to do the job. 12 days after purchase they give me a time and date. A day later I get a confirmation email with a completely different time. A day after that, I get a text message asking me to schedule a time and date. The soonest date I can pick is four days after the day they gave me 2 days ago. I can't image how a company can stay in business like this. I'll definitely never use the service again.
