I signed up for almost £30 and then a monthly subscription after that of approximately £9.00. This is on top of the separate subscription to their consumer magazine and review site. I asked a legal question. I asked several times if this was correct. The young man on the end of the phone assured me it was correct. WRONG!!. Upon ringing up to complain and cancelling my subscription I was informed it was only for consumer issues ie shops, faulty goods etc. and that the person I spoke to was just a call handler! After a complaint I received calls from someone else who informed me they had a law degree or something but wasn't actually legally trained and the information was very "well yes, but it could be this or it could be that". Be aware and don't be taken in by the sales pitch. You aren't talking to real solicitors and their advice isn't very accurate. Save your money.
