I was sent the wrong item, messed about, no refund
I was sent the wrong item. I requested a return label & a refund as I realised the linen used was the type I find scratchy to wear. I misplaced the email PurePlus sent with postage. I requested it be resent. It was not. I was told it would be picked up by Royal Mail (no choice given de the day). It was not picked up - we are friendly with our postie and he checked over several days. Pure Plus have not responded to my email informing them of this. I rang the number on the website but it didn’t go through, doesn’t exist. Business seems to be based in two different run down domestic houses, from the looks of Google Maps. So: wrong item sent, slow communication, no refund made, ignoring the customer. Very scammy & bad customer service. Not recommended. Will be claiming back via payment provider.
