No parcel. No responses.
I can't review the products as I haven't actually received them. My order has been showing as "label created" for 6 days with no further updates. I've messaged via Live chat, Facebook messenger and the contact form on the website asking for an update, but with no response yet. If/when I receive a reply and my order I will update my review, but until then I can't say I rate the experience I've had so far. I've received emails almost daily with new offers encouraging me to place an order, and today received one asking me to leave a review on here and Google to enter a competition for a store voucher. I don't give bad reviews lightly, but given that I've ordered as I'm due to start a new Medically overseen diet plan, and they recommended these products as a possible zero calorie way to support this plan, it's making the whole experience far more stressful than it needs to be. I still haven't received a response to the messages I sent, but have received a reply to my review regarding a backlog with the courier. Interestingly I placed an order with a different company on Saturday (2 days ago) that use the same shipping method, and that has been delivered today!
