Very very slow delivery …
Bought and paid for wines from this company on 27/11/2024 and they didn’t arrive until 12/12/2024. They weren’t even dispatched until 09/13/24! I used them once before years ago and recall waiting ages for delivery but put that down to a blip and thought I’d give them a try again. Whilst the wine is fine as is their prices, the company is absolutely terrible at deliveries and logistics. Not sure if I’ll use them again to be honest, which is a pity. Very, very poor service Order number 6278532 / 4 Pretty poor response from Giordano wines. The order number shouldn’t matter as it obviously happens all the time with you customers - or ex customers now !
