Appalling customer service

I don't normally do reviews, but since I have been asked to share on trustpilot I will. The point is Donald Russell can't be trusted. Earlier this year I received an order with an item missing. I reported this and was told that a replacement would be added to my account for delivery in my next order. In a subsequent phone call I was told this would stay on my account for a year. As I had not ordered for a while, and was about to place my Christmas order I emailed them for assurance that the item would be added. I received an auto-response and ticket number but have never received a response. So I sent another email, and got an auto-response ticket, but no reply. I actually placed another order to be delivered before my Christmas order and the item was not there. So I emailed them, and again received an auto-response. I have never had a response to this either. I have told them that they would have trouble reaching me on the phone and to be sure to email. But in any case I have had no missing calls. Ringing them means a long wait and call charge for me. My Christmas order has just been delivered(well within the year) and still no missing item. I have now given up in disgust and will never order again. BE WARNED
