In my opinion, once they have your money they couldn't care less.
Initially, I was very pleased with the service and posted a positive 5-star review. However, I soon realised how wrong I was. In my opinion once this company has your money, they couldn't care less about you.Our flight was delayed, and the paperwork advised us to contact the transfer agent. Unfortunately, I had no signal, so I emailed Scott for assistance but received an out-of-office response. I then emailed the contact address with no reply. When I called, I received a curt response, saying the transfer company had been notified.Upon our return, we were allocated "standby seats," even though we had booked through Panache. The young lady at KLM mentioned this was common practice and that we should have been informed. Shocked, I emailed Scott again and got another out-of-office reply. My email to the contact address went unanswered. We were stranded at the airport, uncertain when we would get home, until KLM took pity on us and found seats.I called Finlay at Panache to explain our disappointment. He promised to look into it and get back to me, but I am still waiting. I emailed Scott again, expressing our dissatisfaction, but received no response.We received better service from a mainstream travel agent than we did from Panache. Our experience with the cruise was similarly disappointing. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere when booking a cruise. Panache completely let us down. UPDATE. In my opinion we were duped, by Panache, into thinking this would be a luxury cruise. It was not! Read the reviews for Travel Marvel. Food was bland, virtually the same every day, and far from nutritious. The whole cruise was hyped up by Panache and turned out to be very disappointing. Not worth even half what we paid. In my opinion once they had sold this low rate cruise and got their commission they were not interested in the customer.
