Excellent customer service from Oliver when a gift I had ordered for my husband's birthday was misdelivered to the completely wrong address, same house number, but a local street some distance away. the houseowner kindly contacted the address on the package and Oliver made sure to let me know where the parcel was. Good secure packaging, and the gift will be sure to delight - a fine jigsaw of the Wines of Spain.
