It costs nothing to be nice and can brighten someone’s day
Utilities companies have made the pricing of gas and electricity so complicated that trying to compare them is bordering on anti-competitive. I recently wanted to review my bills, but when I went to open the pdfs, they were corrupted. I rang CovAU and the operator was very helpful.
