Above and beyond!
Our first contact with ByChoice was with a generic letter put through the letterbox of our rental property which we had been trying to sell. However, this letter stood out because it was professional, to the point and positive. Making an appointment to chat things over we were again impressed with the professionalism of the team. Our agent Amelie went well above what we expected of an agent and was superb. Always kept up to date, excellent communication, emails responded to quickly and went into battle (almost literally!) for us. A lesser agent would have fallen at the first hurdle. I can't stress how pleased we are with the service we received. I have recommended ByChoice to a friend who is trying to sell currently with no success and have no hesitation in recommending the agents to others
