Amazing customer service!
Smallwoods was fantastic to work with. There was a mistake when shipping our framed pictures but they quickly reached (prior to me even receiving the item) and offered a 30% refund or offered other ways to make it right). Once I received the items I was still beyond happy and accepted the partial refund. This group has top notch customer service and we will be using them again in the future.
