Satisfied costumer due to outstanding service
I ordered few monts ago from the website and my experience was remarkable. As for the product I choose a tea pet (sheep) and the quality was outstanding. It is made out of Yixing clay and it’s craftmanship amezes me. Looks good on my tea table and I use it every day since I baught it. Legend has it has that pets absorbs the essence of the tea, evolving over time. As I pour hot water over my pet, it glistens as if awakeing from a deep slumber. All in all I got outstanding product for a fair price. As for the contatct and support I am also satisfied with them. Since I ordered from a far country the product take a quite bit long to ship but the support staff always contacted me about the update status of my shippment and they were very kind all the time if i ask about something. Also I got a gift in my packet which is very generous from them and I was very Pleased with it as well. The other product which I got was a beautiful tea knife. The knife with its sleek and sharp blade is more Than a mere utensil, its a ritualistic companion. Crafted with precision, it effrotlessly breaks apart compressed tea cakes. In addition its elegant handle made the tea cutting process both practical and poetic. As a happy costumer I recommend their service and products.
