Easy and Enjoyable
The sign up was easy and enjoyable. Matt has made it so easy and I found him very kind, understanding and a pleasure to talk to on both occasions I have spoken with him. I had commenced the course before Kriselle's call, but when she did call, I found her to be also very kind, understanding and easy to talk to. She listened to any concerns or worries I had and made me feel very at ease with her responses. I also read to her some of my answers to my assignments and she listened intently and gave great feedback. A massive thank you and appreciation to Matt and Kriselle.
